Processing Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) on business days (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched the exact same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak sale events or product drops, please allow an additional 24 hours for order processing.
Delivery Timelines & Rates
- Express Delivery (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 24 to 48 hours.
- Standard Delivery (Nationwide): 3 to 5 business days for all other major cities and rural areas across Pakistan.
- Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact city and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automatic SMS and email containing your tracking number and a live tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website using the “Track Order” page.
Delayed or Lost Packages While we maintain a 99% on-time delivery rate, unforeseen weather or logistical issues can occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 6 business days, please contact our support team immediately so we can escalate the issue with the courier.
