7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you need a different size, PIPSTORE offers a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must be fully attached and intact.
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged PIPSTORE packaging (including shoe boxes, dust bags, or apparel sleeves).
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Support Team via WhatsApp (+92 300 0000000) or email (support@pipstore.pk) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the shipping address for our warehouse.
- Ship it Back: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using any traceable courier service. (Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or defective item was sent).
- Processing: Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your exchange will be dispatched immediately, or your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Sale items, clearance items, and undergarments/socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
