1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for all orders under Rs. 25,000. For orders exceeding this amount, we require an advance payment via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
2. How long does delivery take? For major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad), delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours. For other cities and rural areas, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
3. How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also click “Track Order” in our footer and enter your Order ID to see real-time updates.
4. What if the shoe or apparel size doesn’t fit? No problem! We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy. Simply keep the tags attached, do not wear the item outside, and contact our WhatsApp support team to arrange a size exchange.

6. Do you have a physical store I can visit? Currently, PIPSTORE operates exclusively as a premium e-commerce platform. Operating 100% online allows us to cut overhead costs and pass those savings directly to you, while offering nationwide delivery.
