Conditions for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must be fully attached and intact.
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged PIPSTORE packaging (including shoe boxes, dust bags, or apparel sleeves).

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
