• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must be fully attached and intact.
• The item must be returned in its original, undamaged PIPSTORE packaging (including shoe boxes, dust bags, or apparel sleeves).

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
